A recent technical visit to one of our existing marine customers focused on strengthening collaboration between the Castrol Technical Team and the vessel crew. Beyond discussing operational challenges, the visit included reviewing lubrication practices, checking equipment conditions, evaluating lubricant performance, and identifying early signs of abnormal wear before they develop into major failures.

Even small issues such as lubricant contamination, incorrect lubricant selection, improper storage, or delayed oil replacement can gradually reduce engine efficiency, accelerate component wear, and increase operating costs.
